The song begins with a brief showcase of GoldLink’s prowess to meld pop song samples (Gwen Stefani’s ‘Hollaback Girl’ is sampled) to hiphop beats before bleeding into a melodramtic hip hop beat with heavy base lines, a syrupy synth filtered through a wah wah sound effect. The visuals by GoodBoy Media continue with the God motif from the album as GoldLink appears to think of himself as immortal but reality disagrees.
