The grunge-rock record has Cudi on the guitar while bleeding the unwavering truth amidst the madness of his internal turmoil. Confused is the spiritual successor to records from his past album WZRD with K.Dot rather than the more hiphop vibe of Cudi’s successful Man On The Moon series.
